There are people sitting in my office. Just waiting for the last 20 minutes, for Jo Lynn. No appointments and she's gone to the bank. So these people are just sitting here. Sighing and huffing and rattling their keys and I swear they are driving me absolutely batshit insane.

We do not accept collect calls here at work. There are, of course, a few exceptions. However, if the attorney isn't here and you only give me your first name when you call, I"m not accepting it. 1. Stupid people make my head hurt. Seriously. This woman calls us and says, “I need to know how to get ahold of *insert name here* at the bank.” O_o “Have you tried calling the bank?” The woman actually huffed at me. “Well FINE!
